Colleague interview
At first, I had no confidence because I was a newbie in IT field and didn’t have much knowledge of computer and programing languages. However, after training started, my concerns got wiped out. Our company give us 2 months of
Java language training that is held at an external corporate. Its lecturers taught us briefly and that made me eager to study.
Every morning, there was a review test and that had motivated me and I got into habitat of studying.
After lectures, classrooms are free for students to study and it was also free to ask our lecturers. So I used to ask them what I couldn’t clearly understand. Even though I was a newbie, at the final day I could demonstrate an
application of my own making. When my programing worked first, it made me glad very much.
After finishing external training, I studied IT Passport at a head office and joined security training and business manner lecture. My colleagues helped me to study and I could pass the IT Passport examination.C3AT is a company
