Colleague interviewInterview

I had always been interested in the IT industry, but had no prior knowledge and was a complete beginner. However, I believed that IT skills would become essential in the future, which led me to join this company with comprehensive training program.
Before joining, I felt a great deal of uncertainty. But once training began, those concerns quickly disappeared thanks to the instructors’ clear and supportive teaching style. We also had daily review tests at the start of each session, which helped me stay motivated and develop consistent study habits.
After completing the training, I continued to learn under the guidance of senior colleagues and successfully obtained the IT Passport certification. Currently, I am involved in project management at a global company, collaborating with international teams across Europe, Asia, Oceania, North America, and South America.
I truly feel that this company places a strong emphasis on training and development, even for mid-career hires, and is fully committed to investing in its people.
Going forward, I hope to support and mentor newcomers with no prior experience, just as I was supported, by providing patient and thoughtful guidance.
