Personal Information Protection Philosophy

The Company fully recognizes its social mission regarding the protection of all personal information handled by the Company in the business consultation and system solution business from development to maintenance and operation, and protects the rights of the individual and observes personal information laws and regulations.

In addition, we have established a personal information protection management system to embody the following policies, and are constantly aware of the latest trends in IT technology, changes in social demands, changes in the business environment, etc. Here we declare that we work together for the continuous improvement.

Policy on the protection of personal information

1. When handling personal information, we acquire, use, and provide only necessary information for business consultation, system solution business from development to maintenance and operation, and for employment and personnel management of employees. In addition, we will take measures to prevent personal information from being used or provided for purposes other than that obtained from the consent of the individual.
2. We comply with laws and regulations regarding personal information, national guidelines, and other norms.

In order to prevent the leakage, loss, damage, etc. of personal information by taking reasonable security measures, we will inject management resources that match the business situation and continuously maintain an improvement of personal information security system. In the event of an emergency, corrective measures will be taken promptly.
4. The Company will appoint a person responsible for managing personal information, give responsibility and authority for the implementation and operation of the personal information protection management system, and perform appropriate management.
