Privacy Protection Philosophy

In the course of providing system solution services—from business consulting and development to maintenance and operations—we recognize our profound social responsibility to protect all personal information handled by our company. We are committed to safeguarding the rights of individuals and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards relating to personal information protection.

 
To give concrete form to the policy outlined below, we have established a Personal Information Protection Management System. We hereby declare our commitment to company-wide continuous improvement of this system, while remaining attentive to advancements in information technology, evolving social expectations, and changes in the business environment.

Privacy Protection Policy

1. When handling personal information, we acquire, use, and provide such information only within the scope necessary for our system solution services—including consulting, development, maintenance, and operations—as well as for employment and human resource management purposes. We implement appropriate measures to prevent the use or provision of personal information beyond the scope of the purposes for which consent has been obtained.
2. We comply with all laws and regulations related to personal information protection, as well as guidelines established by the government and other applicable standards.
3. To prevent risks such as unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, we implement reasonable security measures and allocate appropriate management resources consistent with our business operations. We continuously enhance our information security framework and, in the event of an incident, promptly implement corrective actions.
4. We appoint a responsible manager for personal information protection and grant the necessary authority and accountability to oversee the implementation and operation of our Personal Information Protection Management System, ensuring proper governance.
5. Our Personal Information Protection Management System is subject to continuous improvement through education, operational controls, internal audits, and periodic reviews.
6. We have established a dedicated contact point to respond to requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use or provision, as well as complaints and consultations regarding personal information. We will respond to such inquiries within two weeks.
